If you operate as a Limited Company and your turnover is less than £5.6 million then you do not need an audit and we can prepare your full statutory accounts for filing with the Registrar of Companies . If your turnover is above this figure then we will work closely with your Auditors to ensure a full Audit Pack is available for them.

The existence of audit exemption makes it more attractive for sole traders and partnerships to consider setting up a company to gain the protection of limited liability. However, there are tax consequences of such a change and it is important to seek our advice on these matters
